- Automated Scanning: We use the Google Cloud Vision API and other automated tools to proactively scan images and videos for inappropriate content, including nudity and violence, before it becomes visible to the community.
- Human Moderation Team: All flagged content and user reports are reviewed by our dedicated 24/7 Human Moderation Team. These professionals ensure that our community guidelines are strictly enforced and that nuanced context is considered.
- User Reporting & Blocking: We provide easy-to-use tools for users to report violating content or block abusive users immediately. Reported content is typically reviewed within 24 hours.
- Proactive Monitoring: Our team regularly monitors the platform to identify and remove harmful content and accounts that violate our safety standards.
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
- Google Analytics: To monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
- Firebase: For authentication, database management, and cloud storage.
